Y'know, I'm scared if you ask me to ride a roller-coaster. But
I've done it thrice. The trick? Don't think too much about it! Just
join the queue, think about something else, quickly strap yourself
in... all before you actually realise what you're going to do!

Once I get over the initial hurdle of excuses and crippling fear,
it's just pure joy and exhilaration! I remember being very quiet at
certain times during the ride cause I was grinning from ear to ear,
enjoying it all! Thrilling, at times scary and at times you fear
for your life esp when dangling upside down and recalling scenes
from horror shows like Final Destination
, but then
it's really fun! Sometimes I'll scream my lungs out, sometimes grin
non-stop!
I'm not supposed to take those rides cause I'm hypertensive.
But I take my meds, I take care to watch out for
symptoms, and alamak, in the States, lao ah peks and lao ah mah's
take those rides too so I can't lose out to them!
One of my Singaporean friends here has tried the tandem sky-diving
thing and she loves it!
I think before I do that, I want to go up in a Hot Air Balloon with
my digicam and snap away!
